The Matteo Bertoli brand was born with the aim of creating a wide range of products based on saffron.⁣

Their first product is called LINGOTTO DI ZAFFERANO®: It is a product never seen before on the worldwide market and was designed to give to spice a wider, easier and immediate use, allowing⁣⁣⁣
you to untie saffron from the “usual Milanese Risotto”. It looks like an ingot of the “red gold”. LINGOTTO DI ZAFFERANO® allows to grate the spice on any dish after cooking, from appetisers to desserts and even on a good cocktail; you can use it also as a “nut” to whisk and transform, for example, a simple vegetable soup into a delicate and delicious dish. ⁣

Another great product from Matteo Bertoli is the SAFFRONAISE®.⁣⁣⁣ It’s a vegetable mayonnaise with saffron, an absolute novelty on the market, both Italian and international: it has the same versatility of⁣⁣⁣ the Lingotto, allowing the spice to be used again on any dish, widening the range of possible uses of the spice even further and at the same time offering the customer a gourmet sauce. SAFFRONAISE® is a transversal product that can be used in a young and dynamic kitchen, at times international, accustomed to quick meals away from home but with a gourmet cut, careful to choose only healthy foods and ingredients.
