The Estate
These spirits are born on the slopes of Etna, produced in small quantities, using only the best fruit of season. The liqueurs born from ancient recipes of the Etnean peasant tradition are a tribute to the characters, real and fantastic, and to their stories, real or imagined, that inspired these mythical adventures.
The goal of Liquori dell’Etna, is to capture the essence of Sicilian terroir through rosoli. “We wanted to enhance the native fruit of some of Etna’s districts." “Citrus in the winter, mulberry and prickly pear in the fall and Maletto strawberry in the spring.”
The Product
The black lands of the districts are at the origin of the quality of each fruit. They are born in a magical territory, suited by its nature to the excellence of agricultural production, where the mystical energy of Etna meets the fascinating intertwining of a story with legendary contours.
It has always been Don Rico's desire to see new things born from knowledge and cunning, transmitted from generation to generation.
And it is with these agricultural liqueurs that, in the wake of the enterprises of the founder of the Santamaria, the exploits of the Etnauti continue to be valued, which still today "give life to fruits that everyone envies".
