Certa is TRADITION
In Sardegna, Valentina shares her family’s 80 years of tradition. Eight generations on, Alberto oversees his ancestors’ wine estates across Sicily respecting the land and its rhythms. Fabrizia cultivates the heritage of Sicilian cuisine at Anna Tasca Lanza cooking school. At Regaleali, there are few things that never change but when the sun rises, Totò makes ricotta. In the heart of Tuscany, Elisabetta and her siblings carry on the tradition of Cantucci, while at Valle Reale in Abruzzo, Leonardo is transferring the incredible biodiversity of the territory into his wines.
Each gesture, decision, attention and sacrifice that have been tirelessly repeated and solemnly observed throughout the years, have gained an ultimate importance, becoming a tradition. Traditions provide the flavour of things. It all sounds quite simple, but it is an endless process that needs a lot of time and a lot of love to be achieved.
We believe that our future is deeply rooted in our own past. What does tradition mean to you? #certaistradition
