The Regaleali estate spans nearly 600 hectares, with 12 types of soils and six hills between 450 and 850 above msl. It can be understood as an island unto itself, a unique land deserving of precise study. All wines come from a single vineyard or multiple vineyards, always within the same estate.
Today, the time has come to learn even more about the details of this parcel of land that Alberto’s grandfather, Count Giuseppe Tasca d’Almerita, called the “blessed hills of Regaleali.” Time to explore the complex aspects of the vineyard-wine relationship, the detailed interactions between the individual vineyard plots ,and the great biodiversity of the environment in which they are immersed.
