Tasting, Eating, Sleeping and Cultivating Beauty at Regaleali

Written by Certa Team
Staying at Regaleali you can explore corners of a paradise in the center of Sicily. Immerse yourself among lakes and hills of wheat and olive trees, where wine has been produced for two hundred years, and constant experimentation shares a perspective on the future through wine. An experience that engages all the senses.
The rooms, scattered around a large Magnolia tree that has been welcoming guests for several generations, are held in a close embrace by the central courtyard of Case Grandi.
At the estate, it is possible to go walking among the vineyards, take bike rides, engage in a cooking class, and sip glasses of wine. Discover the work in the fields or simply relax surrounded by the silent and welcoming nature as it changes with the passing of the hours.
At Case Grandi you will be guided through the flavors of the kitchen garden for a culinary journey. Dive into local tradition built on handed-down recipes, thanks to the memory and skills of home cooks who interpret the styles of the historical “monsù” (chefs of aristocratic Sicilian and Neapolitan families) and to the local knowledge coming from practices of the historical Sicilian estates.
